Public’s Assistance in Locating Wanted Suspect For Aggravated Child Molestation and Statutory Rape
The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 24 year old Arthur Martrell McDowell. McDowell has warrants for his arrest for aggravated child molestation and statutory rape involving a 14 year old female. The incidents occurred in July and August of this year at an undisclosed location in Bibb County. He also has an unrelated warrant for his arrest in Baldwin County. McDowell is a black male, 6 feet 1 inch in height and weighs approximately 185 pounds.
