The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying suspects in a Theft by Taking and Criminal Damage to Property incident. The incident occurred at 1105 Gray Highway at the Quick Serve on November 4, 2015, just before 1:30am. It was reported that a short black male wearing a blue New York Yankees hat, black shirt and gray pants, entered the store and asked to use the restroom. The male entered the area were the lottery machines were located. The male began prying the front door of the lottery machine open. When the store clerk discovered the suspect prying the machine open he asked him to stop and leave the store. The suspect was able to remove an undisclosed amount of money form the machine. The suspect fled the store on foot in an unknown direction. While fleeing the store the suspect dropped his cell phone that was picked up by a second black male wearing a light in color jacket and black hat. This male left the store with the cell phone in an unknown direction.
