The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Financial Crimes Unit is asking for the public’s assistance identifying a white female wanted for attempting to cash a counterfeit check at Macon Cash located at 3355 Pio Nono Avenue on Saturday, September 23, 2017. The suspect also tried using a stolen Georgia ID to cash the check made out for over $3,000.00. This occurred at around 5:00 p.m. that afternoon.
A photograph is attached of the suspect from the surveillance video cameras outside the business.
