The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a robbery by snatching that took place at Joi’s pick and scratch, located at 3691 Spencer Cir. It was reported that just before 12:30p.m. Wednesday , a male suspect snatched cash from a customer that was exiting the store. It was reported that the suspect reached in the elderly male pocket and took his money. The suspect fled the area on foot ,north on Rice Mill Road.
The victim was not injured during this incident.
The suspect is described as a slender build black male. He was last seen wearing a black shirt and shorts , white socks and slides that are possibly Nike or Adidas . The suspect was unarmed.
