The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a pedestrian traffic collision that occurred just after 8:30 p.m. on Arkwright Road near River Place Drive.
It was reported that a 45-year-old male pedestrian was crossing Arkwright Road near River Place Drive. A Honda Civic, driven by a 25-year-old male, was traveling East on Arkwright Road when it struck the male pedestrian. The male pedestrian was transported to Atrium Health, where he is listed in critical condition. No one else was injured in the collision.
