On May 24, 2019, Bibb County Sheriff’s Patrol Deputies responded to an address in the 3800 block of Bonanza Drive in regards to a burglary, just before 05:00 p.m. It was reported that a suspect had entered into the residence and taken a safe and keys to a vehicle along with the vehicle.
The suspects were identified by the homeowner. It was determined that the suspect had taken the safe and later returned and took a dark blue 2003 BMW Z4 convertible with no tag.
The suspects were identified as 40-year-old Frank Brian Lacroix, 46-year-old James Eric Sizemore, and 22-year-old Summer Nicole Bennett, all of Macon.
Lacroix was taken into custody on May 26, 2019, at 07:30 p.m. after he returned to the residence on Bonanza Driver. He was taken to the Bibb County Jail, after a short struggle with deputies, on charges of Burglary, Theft by Taking Auto and Felony Obstruction. He is being held on a $13,800.00 bond at this time.
Sizemore was taken into custody on May 26, 2019, at 06:00 p.m. along with Bennet at the Best Western Motel located at 2400 Riverside Drive.
Sizemore was taken to the Bibb County Jail and charged with burglary. He is being held on a $14,150.00 bond at this time. Sizemore had a bond surrender on prior charges from an unrelated case.
Bennett was taken to the Bibb County Jail and charged with burglary. She is being held on a $7,350.00 bond at this time. Bennett had warrants out of Jeff Davis Sheriff’s Office.
