Two Macon men were arrested in connection to a residential burglary.
Bibb County Sheriff’s Patrol Deputies responded to an address in the 2900 block of Emerson Cir just after 1:00pm today. A Neighbor called in saying that they saw two white males walking around the property. They gave a description of the suspects and stayed on the phone with the Sheriff’s Office.
While deputies were still in route the caller informed that the suspects were leaving in a black GMC Sierra. Deputies were able to locate the vehicle nearby and take both suspect into custody without incident.
The suspects were identified as 28 year-old David Allen Sutton and 48year-old Jerry Lee Bennet Jr. Both Sutton and Bennett were charged with Burglary and taken to the Bibb County Jail.
