The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a traffic accident that occurred at the intersection of Pio Nono Ave and Guy Paine Road at around 9:32a.m. Saturday morning. It was reported that a 2005 International Tractor Truck , driven by 55-year-old Randy Waters, of Warner Robins , was turning left from Pio Nono Ave onto Guy Paine Road when the load of thirty seven thousand pounds of scrap paper shifted, causing the truck to overturn.
Randy Waters was not injured. No one else was injured during this incident. This was a single vehicle accident.
The intersection of Pio Nono Ave and Guy Paine Road were closed and traffic was rerouted around the accident scene. Pio Nono Ave and Guy Paine Road are expected to reopen at around 1:00pm
