Judy Robinson, 65 years old of Macon, was spotted at around 7:00AM this morning by an unknown citizen. It was reported that the gentleman saw Robinson sitting along the road on Houston Road. He stopped to check on her and she told him she needed a ride to Liberty Church Road. The man gave her a ride and dropped her off on Liberty Church Road at Bevin Drive.

After letting Robinson out of his vehicle he left the area. He saw a Bibb County Sheriff’s Patrol Vehicle at the Chevron located at the corner of Houston Road and Hartley Bridge Road. The man stopped to make contact with the deputy to tell him about the female he had just given a ride and to tell him that she looked like the lady (Judy Robinson) that was reported missing. The deputy and the man went back to the area where he had dropped Robinson off but did not find her there. They both began searching the area. As the deputy was checking Liberty Church Road he spotted Robinson sitting on the front porch of a home in the 3000 block of Liberty Church Road. He got out and made contact with Robinson. She stated that she was ok and did not need any medical assistance. The deputy contacted her sister after getting the number from Robinson. Her sister came to the house and she was reunited with Robinson. The house where Robinson was found is where she lives.

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office would like to thank the gentleman that found Robinson this morning and alerted the patrol deputy. We would also like to thank the media and the public for their assistance in helping to locate Robinson.
