Bibb County Sheriff’s Investigators were notified that Jessie Roman Bennett was stopped by the Covington Police Department at around 4:00a.m. Thursday morning. Bennett was stopped for driving without his headlights on. Officers received the information that Bennett was a missing person from the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office from the B.O.L.O. that was sent out nationwide. Bennett was found to be unharmed and has since reunited with his family.
