The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing person. Hugh Smisson, a white male, age 89 from North Bibb County was last seen in the 1100 block of St Andrews Dr. at 10pm on the night of July 31, 2015. Smisson is described to be approximately 5’10” in height and weights around 190lbs. He may possibly be wearing a white button-up dress shirt with dark khaki pants. He should be driving a 2010 Lincoln MKX SUV silver in color with tag number CAN9675. Attached to this media release is a picture of Smisson and the vehicle he is believed to be in. He could possibly be headed to the Sea Island area. If any contact with Mr. Smisson, please notify your local law enforcement agency so that he can be reunited with his family.
