Joshua Dale Phelps, 18 years old of Macon was found by Deland Police Department in Deland, Florida on Wednesday, February 11, 2014 at around 3:30PM. Bibb County Sheriff’s Investigators notified his mother that he had been located. It was reported on February 14, 2014 that Phelps’s mother was returning to Macon with her son.
