The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a homicide that occurred at Club Status, located at 4740 Pio Nono Avenue at around 3:00a.m. Wednesday morning. Bibb Sheriff Patrol Deputies working off-duty in the parking lot responded to an altercation between multiple subjects in the parking lot. While escorting subjects out of the parking lot Deputies heard one shot come from the rear parking lot. Deputies found the victim, 29yr old, black male, Aquallo Davis laying on the ground in the rear parking lot. Davis was shot one time and was pronounced dead on scene by Bibb County Corner Leon Jones. No one else was injured in the incident.
The suspect was described as a black male in a dark color Jeep Cherokee. No other information is available on the suspect at this time.
