The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a traffic collision that occurred in the 7300 block of Zebulon Road just after 11:00 p.m. on September 15, 2022.
It was reported that a male subject was driving a Mazda 3 going north on Zebulon Road when it lost control and went off the road. The vehicle struck a tree after leaving the roadway. The driver of the vehicle was pronounced deceased on the scene by Deputy Coroner Ronnie Miley. No one else was injured in the collision. The next of kin has not been notified at this time.
