The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal traffic accident that occurred on I-475 north bound near the Eisenhower Pkwy on Ramp, just after 01:00am Friday morning. It was reported that a Honda Pilot, driven by 50 yr. old Phillip Stacy of Kentucky, was traveling north bound when he lost control of his vehicle and struck the guardrail coming to rest in the center lane. Stacy’s wife Judith Stacy and their two children exited the vehicle and began to run to the shoulder of the road. Judith was struck by Freightliner Tractor Trailer driven by 31yr. old Karamjeet Singh of Florida, who was in the far right lane. Stacy was pronounced deceased on scene. No one else was injured in the accident.
