The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal traffic accident that occurred on Skipper Rd near Jones Rd just before midnight Saturday night. It was reported that 24yr old Thomas Jackson Stokes of Warner Robins was driving south on Skipper Rd when he lost control of his Chevy Cobalt and went off the road causing it flip over. Stokes and his two passengers were taken to the Navicent Health for treatment. Stokes was pronounced dead by the doctors at Navicent Health, both of the passengers are listed in stable condition. The next of kin was notified by Navicent Health Medical Center staff.
