The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal shooting incident that occurred in the 1100 block of Ruben Drive, Tuesday night.
It was reported that several shots were fired in the area of Ruben Drive, near Hightower Road. When residents walked outside, they found a male victim lying in the doorway of his residence.
Investigators and Crime Scene investigators are currently at the scene. We are still in the early stages of this investigation. Additional information will be released as soon as it becomes available.
The victim of the fatal shooting is a 42 year old male. The name of the victim cannot be released until the next of kin has been notified.
