Bibb County Sheriff Deputies make an arrest during a traffic stop on February 21, 2020. It was reported that a patrol deputy initiated a traffic stop on Bloomfield Drive at the intersection of Bob-O-Link Drive, on a blue Ford Mustang displaying an improper tag.

The deputy made contact with the driver, 30-year-old Dustin Parham, of Macon. It was discovered that Parham had a suspended license and was placed under arrest. After an inventory of the vehicle before it was towed away, deputies discovered and confiscated 4 ounces of marijuana, 5.6 ounces of ecstasy pills, 7 grams of methamphetamine, three bottles of miscellaneous pills, two firearms, and $1100.00 in cash. Also retrieved during this traffic stop was a duty belt and a bulletproof vest that Parham stated belonged to him because he works for a security company.

Parham was transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center and charged with two counts of trafficking methamphetamine, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, two counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, driving with a suspended license, and traffic offense. Parham does not have a bond at this time.
