Bibb County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a home in the 1000 block of Courtland Ave, just after 9:00p.m Friday. Deputies were informed that a person was discovered inside the chimney of the home.
The Macon-Bibb County Fire Department was called to assist in removing the deceased male subject from the chimney. The male will be sent for an autopsy to determine his cause of death and his positive identity.
