Members of the US Marshal’s Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested one of the Crime Stoppers, “Top 15 Most Wanted” at around 9:30a.m., at the Cherry Blossom Apartments, located at 4006 Mercer University Drive, in west Macon.
Dekeledricks Jamal Jacobs, age 28 from Macon has been wanted on Aggravated Assault / with a Firearm and Aggravated Battery charges since 2017. It was reported that in 2017, Jacobs fired a gun in the direction of five individuals, striking one of the individuals in the eye.
A tip was called in to Crime Stoppers and that assisted in the arrest of Jacobs.
Jacobs was arrested on Bibb County Sheriff’s Office warrants for (5 counts) of Aggravated Assault/ with a Firearm and (1 count) of Aggravated Battery. Jacobs is currently being held at the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center, without bond.
