The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a commercial armed robbery that took place just before 11:00 p.m. on March 23, 2024, at Market Place, located at 2006 Vineville Avenue.
It was reported that two masked male subjects entered the store. One of the subjects brandished a firearm and demanded money from the store clerks. After taking an undisclosed amount of money, both suspects fled the store on foot. No one was injured during the incident.
The suspects are both males. One suspect wore all dark clothing and a mask. The second suspect wore a white hoodie, dark pants, white sneakers, and a mask.
