The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a commercial armed robbery that took place just after 4:30 p.m. at the Flowers Discount Bakery, located at 2267 Anthony Road.
It was reported that a male subject entered the store brandishing a firearm. He demanded money from the clerk. After getting an undisclosed amount of cash he fled the store fled on foot. No one was injured during this incident.
The suspect was described as a tall, medium build, wearing dark clothes and a black cap, and a black mask.
