The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a Commercial Armed Robbery that took place at around 7:40 p.m. at the Family Dollar, located at 951 Hillcrest Boulevard.
It was reported that two male individuals entered the store. One of the males brandished a handgun and demanded money from the cash register. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the two males fled the store in an unknown direction. No one was injured during the incident.
One of the suspects was last seen wearing a black and white hooded jacket, blue jeans and he also had on a yellow face mask with the Corona beer logo on the front. The second suspect was wearing a dark blue hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and blue shoes.
