The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a Commercial Armed Robbery of the Popeyes, located at 743 Shurling Drive just after 9:40 p.m.
It was reported that a male subject entered the Popeyes at 743 Shurling Drive brandishing a firearm. The suspect demanded money from the clerk. Once the individual took an undisclosed amount of cash, he fled the store on foot. No one was injured during this incident.
The suspect is described as approximately five foot, four inches tall, wearing a black shirt and blue pants. A picture of the suspect is attached to this media release.
