The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a commercial armed robbery that took place at the Dollar General, located at 3407 Napier Avenue. The incident occurred at around 7:17 p.m. Tuesday night.
It was reported that two male suspects entered the store, both brandishing handguns. The suspects demanded money from the cash registers. Once the suspects received an undisclosed amount of money, they fled the store. The suspects were last seen running towards Hillcrest Avenue, which is located directly behind the store.
Suspect number one is described as a black male. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, over a dark gray hoodie. He was also wearing gray colored pants. This suspect’s hoodie had black colored design running down the left sleeve. The suspect had on black and white colored shoes.
Suspect number two is described as a black male. He was last seen wearing a black colored t-shirt over a white or light gray colored hoodie and black pants. He also had on black and white colored tennis shoes.
