The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an armed robbery that took place at 9:40P.M this evening at the Dollar General, located at 3824 Pio Nono Ave. It was reported that two black male suspects entered the store brandishing shotguns, and demanded the clerk give them money from the safe. The clerk was unable to open the safe and the suspects demanded the money from the register. After getting an undisclosed amount of money the suspects left on foot headed north on Pio Nono Ave. No one was injured during this incident.
The suspects were wearing black hoodies and masks over their faces.
