The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a commercial armed robbery that took place at Tai-wan restaurant, located at 2525 Pio Nono Avenue. It was reported that around 10:07p.m., a masked suspect walked into the restaurant and brandished a gun. The suspect demanded money from the cash register. Once the suspect received and undisclosed amount of cash, and fled in an unknown direction. No one was injured during this incident.
The suspect was described as a black male with a black mask that covered his face. He was wearing a black shirt and black shorts. The suspect was also carrying a revolver.
