The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a commercial armed robbery that took place at the Family Dollar store, located at 2526 Houston Avenue. It was reported that two masked men entered the store at around 9:34p.m. Sunday night. They demanded money from the cash registers. One of the suspect had a black plastic bag over his right hand as if he had a weapon. Once the suspects received an undisclosed amount of cash, they fled the store.  No one was injured during this incident.

  • Black short  sleeve tee shirt
  • Dark in color pants
  • Black tennis shoes
  • Black hood
  • Black mask covering over face and sunglasses
  • 6’0” in height, between 150-160 pound
  • Black plastic bag over right hand
  • Suspect 2:
  • Black Ski Mask covering face
  • Blue “Dickie” style jump suit
  • Gray tennis shoes
  • 6’0” in height, between 150-160 pounds
