The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a commercial armed robbery that took place this morning just before 5:00AM. It was reported that a black male dressed in all black clothing, gloves and a blue bandana over his face entered the BP Convenience Store at 4765 Riverside Drive. The store’s clerk said the suspect displayed a black handgun and demanded all of the money in the cash register. After taking the money, the suspect was last seen running behind the business. No one was injured during the incident.
