The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a commercial armed robbery that took place just after 8:30 p.m. Friday, at the Family Corner Store, located at 4933 Sardis Church Road.
It was reported that a male subject entered the Family Corner Store brandishing a firearm. He demanded money from the clerk. After taking an undisclosed amount of money he fled the store. No one was injured during this incident.
The suspect is described as wearing all dark clothing.
