The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a commercial armed robbery that took place at X-Mart, located at 2025 Emery Highway. It was reported that just before 1:10a.m. Sunday morning, two male suspects entered the store, one suspect brandishing a handgun. The suspects demanded money from the store employee. The store employee put the money in the bag the suspects brought with them. The suspects received an undisclosed amount of cash and fled the area in the direction of Thunderbird and Mike Adams towing.
The suspects are described as two black males. Last seen wearing mask and gloves. No other information is available at this time.
