The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a commercial armed robbery that occurred just after 4:10PM Saturday evening at Auto Money Title Pawn, located at 3966 PioNono Avenue.
It was reported that a black male, described as dark-skinned with short twist or dreads, wearing a dark colored short-sleeve shirt and blue jeans approached the employee with a gun as she was entering her vehicle . The suspect pointed the gun at the employee and demanded the stores deposit bag which the employee had in her possession. After taking the money, the suspect ran into a wooded area located behind the business, taking an undisclosed amount of money. No one was injured during the incident.
