The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a commercial armed robbery that occurred just after 9:00pm Sunday night. The Incident occurred at the Houston Grocery located at 3472 Houston Avenue. It was reported by witnesses that the suspect brandished a handgun and demanded money from the cashier. After taking an undisclosed amount of money, the suspect fled the scene. No one was injured during the incident.
The suspect is described as a dark skinned black male, wearing a black shirt and black and blue mask.
