The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a commercial armed robbery that occurred at around 5:20 a.m., Friday morning, at the Krystal, located at 1140 Gray Highway.
It was reported that a black male suspect entered through the back door of the business as a delivery was being made. The suspect, armed with a gun, demanded money from the manager. The manager gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of money and the suspect fled the restaurant on foot in an unknown direction. At the time of the robbery there was one other employee and the delivery driver inside the business. No one was reported to be injured.
The suspect was described as a dark skinned black male, wearing a bandana around his nose and mouth, a dark colored jacket and green camouflaged pants.
