The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a commercial armed robbery that occurred just before 2:30PM Thursday afternoon at the Quick Serve Convenience Store, located at 4739 Houston Road.
It was reported that a black male, dressed in all black with a blue bandana partially covering his face and a hoodie over his head, ran into the store and jumped through the service window over the counter. The suspect pointed a semi-automatic pistol at the clerk and demanded she give him money. The suspect took an undisclosed amount of money and ran from the store. He was last seen crossing over Houston Road away from the store. No one was injured during the incident.
