The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a commercial armed robbery that occurred on Sunday morning just after 3:00 a.m. at the Circle K Convenience Store located at 4755 Chambers Road. It was reported that the suspect, a black male, came into the store, approached the clerk and pointed a gun at her demanding money. The suspect took an undisclosed amount of money and cigarettes from the store. The suspect fled the store on foot towards Eisenhower Parkway. No one was injured during the robbery.
The suspect is described as a young slender, male. He was wearing white pants, a black hooded sweatshirt, white shoes, and a black scarf covering his mouth. A picture from the stores video camera is attached.
