The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a commercial armed robbery that took place just before 3:00 a.m. at the Murphy Express, located at 1410 Gray Highway.
It was reported that a male entered the store brandishing a firearm and demanded money from the clerk. After receiving an undisclosed amount of money the male fled the store on foot. No one was injured during this incident.
The suspect is described as a young male wearing all dark clothing and a mask covering his face.
