Bibb County Sheriff’s Patrol Deputies responded to a call of a person shot just before 7:30PM this evening at a residence in the 100 block of Village Road. It was reported that the male subject ran from the home after being shot. He was located a short time after and was transported to a local hospital for a gunshot wound to the left leg and left hand. The injuries are not life threatening and he is listed in stable condition.
Investigators are currently interviewing possible witnesses and are gathering information in reference to the incident. More information will be released on the incident as soon as it becomes available.
