On August 2, 2019, just after 12:20 p.m. Bibb County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to 1450 Rocky Creek Road, Creative Cutting Lawn Care, in regards to a suspect taking items from a truck.
Deputies were informed that a black male drove a white V.W. Beetle behind the business and took two backpack blowers out of a truck. The suspect drove off when he was confronted by a witness.
Just after 5:00 p.m. deputies located the vehicle and driver of the Beetle in the parking lot of the McDonald’s restaurant, at 1450 Rocky Creek Road. Deputies identified the suspect as 28-year-old Keyonte Vantrell Walker, of Macon.
Walker was taken to the Bibb County jail and charged with two counts of Entering Auto. He is being held without bond at the time.
