Bibb County Sheriff’s Crimes Against Children Investigators issued arrest warrants for 46 year old Chad Keen for cruelty to children. Keen turned himself in to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday morning just after 10:00 a.m. He was released on bond in the amount of $25,350.00
The incidents occurred on November 8, 2017 at Heritage Elementary School. It was reported that Keen struck a 7 year old student with a pointer on the head. The child received bumps on the head from the incident. The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office was notified by DFACS of the incident on November 13, 2017. During the investigation into the incident it was discovered that two more children had been struck with a pointer also on November 8, 2017 by Keen. One of the children was 6 years old and the other was 8 years old. Both were struck with a pointer.
