The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in helping locate a missing person. Emmanuel Stroud Sr., 57 years of age, was reported missing on June 23, 2017. Stroud was reported missing by his daughter who said that neither she nor other family members have heard from Stroud since June 18, 2017 and he normally talks with family daily. It was reported that Stroud was possibly moving out of where he was currently living on Shakespeare Boulevard with relatives.
Emmanuel Stroud Sr. is 6’2” to 6’3” in height and weighs 240 to 260 pounds. His hair color is black. A photograph of Stroud is attached to this release.
