The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting incident that occurred just before 11:30PM, at Cedar Avenue and Mosely Avenue. It was reported that the victim, 30 year old Jeremy Sears, of Macon was outside the location in an open area, behind a duplex with several other people when he was shot.
Sears was transported to the Medical Center Navicent Health and treated for gunshot wounds to the right forearm, right side and right thigh. He is listed in stable condition. No further information is available on the incident or suspect at this time.
