The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a Shooting incident that was reported to have occurred on Houston Ave near Villa Crest Ave., just after 07:36p.m. Sunday evening. It was stated that there was an altercation in a small white Chevy four door sedan. During the altercation 19yr old Dequavia Bernard Pollard got out of the vehicle. That is when multiple shots were fired. Pollard was struck in the abdomen once. Pollard was transported to the Navicent Health Medical Center, where he is listed in stable condition. No one else was injured in the incident. No information is available on the suspect at this time.
