Bibb County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to 4077 Kemper Avenue in reference to a call of a person shot, just after 8:30 p.m. Monday night. When deputies arrived at the residence they found the victim, 17 year old Tyler Stallings, with a gunshot wound to his chest.
It was reported that the victim and two other people were walking, crossing Broadway at Fulton Street when a vehicle drove up and the victim heard gunshots. The victim discovered that he had been shot and walked to the residence on Kemper Avenue. He was transported to the Navicent Health Hospital to be treated for the gunshot wound. The injury is not life threatening and the victim is listed in stable condition. No information is available on the vehicle or suspect.
