The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a person shot that occurred in the 900 block of Patterson Street, at 3:48 a.m. Deputies were dispatched to the area in regards to a male that was shot.
When deputies arrived they found 25-year-old Deion Farley with a single gun shot wound to the head laying in the drive-way. At this time the circumstances behind the shooting are under investigation. No one else was injured during the incident.
The victim was pronounced dead on the scene by Coroner Leon Jones. The next of kin was notified by Coroner Leon Jones.
