Bibb County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a call of a person shot, just after 12:00 a.m. It was reported that a 29-year-old male had been shot in the abdomen. It was reported that the man was found outside the lobby doors of 3680 Riverside Drive, Baymont Inn & Suites. Deputies attempted to collect information from the victim, but he refused to answer any questions from law enforcement. At this time the location of this incident is unknown.
The 29-year-old male was transported to the Navicent Health Hospital where he is listed in critical condition.
