Bibb County Sheriff’s Patrol Deputies Responded to a report of a missing person on Thursday evening at around 6:43PM in the 5400 block of Rodgers Road. It was reported by the husband living at the residence that he had just returned home and found his wife’s vehicle parked on the side of the house with the door open and a vacuum cleaner left running. The husband could not locate his wife and became concerned. The husband reported that his wife had been attacked a few weeks ago. Investigators have previously been looking into this incident as well.

 

While deputies were at the residence, they received a call to check on a report of a white female needing help in the 5400 block of Rodgers Road. Investigators and deputies responded to that location to find the female victim who is the wife of the husband that reported the incident. A neighbor who lives in the 5400 block of Rodgers road reported he noticed the victim on his front porch. He said she had a zip tie on her wrists which he had cut off. 

 

The victim reported she was vacuuming her vehicle at her home when she felt something on her neck. She reported that her hands were zip tied and the male subject attempted to force himself on her. She kicked the subject and was able to run away.

 

The suspect is described as an “attractive” white male with blonde hair, blue eyes and was wearing a Fed Ex collared shirt.
