Bibb County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the Navicent Health Hospital in reference to a call of a person shot just after 7:00PM Thursday night, December 3rd. It was reported that the shooting occurred at 5341 Bloomfield Road, Heaton Apartments, outside the complex. Once deputies arrived at the hospital they discovered there were 2 people shot.
Michael Griffin, 33 years old, from Macon was shot in the right lower leg. Keshawn Lundy, 17 years old, from Macon was shot in the left hand. Both victims were reportedly shot outside the complex. Griffin and Lundy were driven to the Navicent Health by a third party. Both are currently being treated for the gunshot wounds and are listed in stable condition.
Investigators are currently talking with the victims and gathering information about the incident. No information is available on a suspect or suspects at this time.
