Bibb County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a call of a person shot just after 2:30AM this morning on Hall Street and Smith Street. When deputies arrived at the location, they found the victim, 63 year old Terry Jones, laying on the ground, bleeding. Jones told the deputies that he had been shot.
Jones was transported to the Medical Center Navicent Health by ambulance. He is listed in stable condition. No further information is available at this time.
