Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Gang Unit Is Asking For Public’s Assistance Locating Wanted Suspect

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 21 year old Shamarques Tre’von Watkins, of Macon. Watkins is wanted in connection with an incident that occurred on Swan Drive on April 6, 2016 just after 2:00AM.

It was reported that Watkins went to the residence of the female victim, beating on the side of the house with a gun, demanding she come to the front door. When she told him to go away, she reported hearing 3 to 4 gunshots outside. It was reported that Watkins left in a white Dodge Neon. It was also reported that bullet holes and a shattered windshield were found on a Cadillac parked outside the residence.

Arrest warrants have been issued on Watkins for Terroristic Threats and Acts, Stalking and Criminal Damage to Property. Watkins is described as a black male, 5 feet 5 inches in height and weighs approximately 140 pounds. Watkins is a known member of the criminal street gang “Crips”.
